Client who was a Lithuanian national was charged with murder and rape of the deceased’s girlfriend. Following a 4-week at the Old Bailey client found not guilty of murder and rape. This case was again reported in the national press.

Following a fight between four men one man died from multiple stab wounds. Following a 3-week trial at the Old Bailey client found not guilty of murder.

Two clients charged with murder. It was alleged that both clients had murdered the deceased by setting him on fire whilst he slept in a doorway of a shop in Regents Street. Both clients found not guilty of murder.

A 78-year-old client charged with the murder of his 46 year old girlfriend. It was alleged that he had killed her following an argument. The client was found not guilty of murder but guilty of manslaughter following a trial at the Old Bailey.

During a fight involving 8 youths 3 youths were stabbed. Client who was 16 years old at the time was charged with 4 others of attempted murder x 3 and violent disorder. He was the only defendant to be granted bail. Client was found not guilty of attempted murder x 3 but guilty of violent disorder. He was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment but subsequently reduced to 9 months.

The client’s estranged wife “disappeared” after visiting him. she was never seen or heard from again despite widespread national press coverage and two appeals on “Crimewatch” on BBC1. Her body was never found. The client who was a former GLC architect was charged with murder and stood trial at the Old Bailey. The client was on bail throughout. The jury was unable to reach a verdict. Following the second trial the client was found not guilty of murder but guilty of manslaughter and received a custodial sentence of 7 years. The case was widely reported in the national press.

Whilst travelling to work the client contacted me on my mobile to say that he had just killed a man whilst having consensual sex with him and that he was locked in the room with the body. Client found not guilty of manslaughter at the Central Criminal Court.

Two clients charged with GBH with intent together with a third male. Following 3 weeks trial at Southwark Crown Court both clients found not guilty. Co-defendant sentenced to 6 years imprisonment following conviction.

Client (and 4 others) charged with GBH with intent and violent disorder. Client (and co-defendantsl found not guilty of both offences.

Client pleaded guilty to murder of his cousin at a restaurant in Brighton.

A 15-year-old youth and nine others charged with murder following a stabbing. He was granted bail by the court. The trial lasted for three months at the Central Criminal Court.

The victim was shot dead as he was getting into his car in Kennington. No further action taken against the client by the police following a yearlong investigation.

The client was arrested for murder and attempted murder at Streatham lce Rink. No further action taken against the client by police after lengthy investigation.

The client was arrested for the “Matalan Murder”. After a year long investigation. No further action taken by the police against client.

Client also arrested in relation to the “Matalan murder” and no further action taken against him as well following lengthy police investigation.

The client worked for an Optician who sacked him. Client subsequently charged with theft of optical equipment from his ex-employer. Following this charge the client was also charged with witness intimidation (the witness being the client’s ex employer) A week before the trial in which the ex employer was due to give evidence the ex-employer was shot dead near his pharmacy in Muswell Hill. Client charged with murder. Client found guilty. Case widely reported in all the national press.

This was the “M45 burning body” case over Christmas 2008. Client interviewed over two days and then released on police bail. After lengthy police investigation no further action taken against the client.

The client was arrested for the murder of PC Keith Blakelock and the attempted murder of PC Richard Coombes on the Broadwater Farm Estate in 1985. No further action taken against the client.

The client was arrested for GBH with intent following a fight during which another male was glassed in the eve. No further action taken against the client.
